Recently I attended two lessons on a similar topic, given by two teachers. I was surprised by how distinct they were. Those teachers gave us the same information but in a completely different way.  It made me consider how the 'style' of teaching influences students and what is the cause of their diversity. The thought that first crossed my mind was on the connection between the teacher's character and their way of passing the knowledge. Is there some set of qualities that they should have? And if so, why is it not the criterion of hiring teachers or accepting people to study how to teach? But why then some of them are appreciated by a half of students and the other half does not really get what they say? Maybe there are different 'styles' suitable for different students. I thought that this is issue has not been really examined scientifically what would be the reason of all these, as I believed, unanswered questions. Too much choice in shops

Today me and my mom were talking about children books and toys and she said that nowadays it is much easier to find beautiful or inventive ones. I agreed but I am also of the view that there are much more useless or ugly things too. It probably appears in most areas of mass-produced goods that the choice consumers have is getting bigger and bigger each day. It is happening so fast that it is hard to imagine how will a shopping mall (or an online shopping site) look in 30 years. I honestly do not believe that any of the most known companies will reduce the variety of products they have on offer. There will be more and more options and we will have to make more and more insignificant choices but I doubt that it will make us happier. On the other hand, as my mom said, there appeared some valuable things which were not available a few years ago. But someday it might be impossible to find them among all the worthless items.

What does it mean to be a real man in the 21st century?

Being a real man nowadays equals being a good and respectful person. There are some qualities that are necessary to create any well-working relationship, not only in the love sense but also in family or at work. All relationships should be built on mutual esteem but it is surprisingly hard. In today’s world men are more likely to impose their opinions or try to dominate in various questions, and often it comes without a bit of respect for the others. I think the most significant feature of a real man is that he is simply respectful to other people.
